For the first time in history, we have four generations working together. Each generation brings its different traditions, work habits and approaches to professionalism. However, with different generations interacting in the legal workplace, the potential for misunderstandings increases. Join our panel of experts to engage in learning conversations to solve problems that naturally arise among multiple generations practicing law. You will learn to recognize and understand the perceptions, perspectives and values of the four generations in the legal workplace.
